✅Optional proof of tenancy (lease snippet, rent receipt, etc.) for a Verified Tenant badge.

What’s Not Allowed
🚫Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or threats.
🚫Posting personal information (addresses, phone numbers, bank details) of others.
🚫False or defamatory claims intended to damage someone’s reputation.
🚫Spam, duplicate posts, or irrelevant content.
Privacy & Anonymity
🔒You may post anonymously. Your identity will not be shown publicly.
🔒Proof files (if uploaded) are kept private and used only for verification.
Landlord Responses
⚖️Landlords may respond to reviews publicly.
⚖️Responses must follow the same respectful standards.
Moderation
📌Reviews may be removed if they break these rules.
📌Repeat violations may result in account restrictions.
We may share aggregated statistics (e.g., top-rated landlords) but will never expose personal info.
